Cancellation & Replacement Policy


At Finnovation, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our customers. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel an order or request a replacement. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and replacements.

Order Cancellation

Eligibility
  • Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return or exchange.
Process
  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at enquiry@finnovationuae.com. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • If the cancellation request is received before dispatch, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be processed through the original mode of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exceptions
  • Digital products (such as gift cards, PIN services, etc.) cannot be canceled once the transaction is completed.
  • Customized or personalized products are non-cancellable once the order is placed.

Replacement Policy

Eligibility
  • Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery are eligible for replacement.
  • To be eligible for a replacement, the issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
Process
  • Contact our customer service team at enquiry@finnovationuae.com within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting images or documents.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the product. In certain cases, we may require the original product to be returned to us before a replacement is issued.
  • Replacement products will be dispatched at no additional cost to the customer.
Exceptions
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for replacement.
  • Digital products, such as gift cards and PIN services, are non-replaceable unless they were not activated or were found to be defective.
