• Products or services are eligible for a refund or return within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

• Refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return has been received and inspected.
• If the product was purchased using a credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card.

• Personalized or customized products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
